Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy. You will receive a full refund if you must cancel your event for any reason up to 36 hours before the shoot date. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the shoot date will be subject to a 50% refund. Additionally, if you find it necessary to reschedule the event, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
